WWI DOG TAG, in aluminium and inscribed, '1770/Don.A.J./A.F.C./(with small AFC between two wings at base)', on the other side, 'N.O.K./Don CJ/Gorge/Via Kyogle/NSW'; also embroidered AFC pilot's wings badge (replica); small photo and written on back, 'Signallers Smith & Slavin/AFC Miannay 1919/3rd Sqn'. Fine.

Note: Miannay is a commune in the Somme in northern France. C.J.Don at the Gorge, Kyogle, NSW is A.J.Don's father and next of kin.
