H.M.A.S. Australia, German New Guinea, Rabaul, Samoa, sweetheart badge in lacquered gilt and enamel (39x26mm), no maker, pin-back, reverse impressed 'Imitation' to indicate enamelled surface finish is not regular hard enamel. Good very fine and scarce.
