AFRICA, Ethiopia, Menelik II, late 19th century, two steel guard's swords, of long curved style, the elaborate blades etched with floral designs, and a panel of calligraphy, Lion of Judah engraved at the hilt, along with the initials GG, handles woven with copper and leather, (930mm long).
