(x) Anglo-Saxon England, Secondary Phase (710-760), Series J [BIIIB], Sceat, Type 85, 'York', double diademed bust right, rev. linear bird atop cross, flanked by annulets, trefoil piles at base and before neck, 0.96g, 11h (BMC Type 85; Abramson 382-385; North -; Spink 802), a fourree, silvered over a copper core but likely still of official production, a really bold very fine.
