CALIFATO DE CORDOBA, Hisham II. Dirham (Ar. 3.10g / 22mm). 379H. Andalus. Although the mint name is al-Andalus, the style and type refer to North African mints of the Fez mint. (Vives does not quote (Cf. Vives 604, date 380H); Miles does not quote). Quoting 'Amir on the reverse. Very Fine. Other specimens are known with the al-Andalus mint but with the minting characteristics of the Fez mint, but none of the 379H. Very rare.
