Laureate and draped bust right / Sarapis standing facing, head left, hand above stele at feet, holding scepter; all within tetrastyle temple with globe in pediment; L I-A (date) across field. Köln 485; Dattari (Savio) 1150 & 7270; K&G 27.114; RPC III 4236.1; Emmett 581.11 (R4 = Köln 485). Brown patina with areas of green, some roughness. Near VF. Very rare type.
