ARAB-SASANIAN KINGS. Khosrau II and Anahita. Æ (1.10 gm; 22 mm). Khosrau II bust facing forward, reverse; bust of Anahit (and per several current research bust of Bahram/Vrahran who is the God of war and victory as this issue was minted at the years of high struggle with Byzantines) facing forward. Phrase "Khosrau, Apzuti and GDH" on the obverse, date possible 23 or 24 (not well preserved) on the reverse. Nice brown-reddish patina. Choice Fine / Very Fine.
