ISLAMIC EARLY KUFIC, Ca. 8th-10th Century AD. Seal Ring (1.32 gm; 19 mm x 14mm). Kufic/Arabic, name: Saahel ibn Issah. Fascinating piece with graphics showing the ships with masts due to the name Saahel which means "Coastline" and crescent moon which was a major element of navigation at sea. Excellent condition. Extremely rare.
