Lucius Verus (161-169). AR Denarius, 165-166 AD. Obv. L VERVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX. Laureate head right. Rev. PAX AVG TR P VI COS II. Pax standing left, holding olive branch and cornucopiae. RIC III (M. Aurel.) 555; C. 127. AR. 3.22 g. 18.00 mm. An attractive example, nicely toned, with Iridescent hues. Very minor metal flaw on obverse surface, otherwise about EF.
