SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Philip I Philadelphos, circa 95/4-76/5 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 29 mm, 15.77 g, 12 h), uncertain mint in Cilicia (Tarsos?), circa 94/3-88/7. Diademed head of Philip I to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ΦΙΛΙΠΠOY - EΠIΦANOΥΣ / ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦOY Zeus seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and long scepter in his left; to outer left, [monogram of NK above A]; to inner left, M; below throne, monogram of ΛI. SC 2460c. The obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, extremely fine.
