MZDYSN BGY KDY PYLWCY ('Worshipper of Lord Mazda, 'God' King Peroz' in Pahlawi) Draped bust of Peroz I to right, wearing mural crown with frontal crescent and korymbos set on crescent. Rev. Fire altar flanked by two attendants; in upper field to left, five-pointed star; in upper field to right, crescent; in field to right, NY (name of the mint in Pahlawi); in field to left, MP in monogram form and blundered PYLWCY ('Peroz' in Pahlawi). SNS III, type IIIb/1c. Thin flan crack, otherwise, good very fine.
