Solidus (Gold, 18 mm, 4.42 g, 7 h), Constantinopolis, 668-673. δ N CONSANЧS P P Diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine IV facing slightly to right, bearded, holding a spear in his right hand and with a shield decorated with cavalryman over his left shoulder. Rev. VICTOA AVGЧ S / CONOB Cross potent on three steps between standing figures of Heraclius on the left and Tiberius on the right, both crowned, wearing chlamys and holding a globus cruciger in their right hands. DOC 6 (unlisted officina). MIB 4C. SB 1153. The flan bent and wavy, otherwise, about extremely fine.
