CAE•PR•MAKEΔONΩN Head of Alexander the Great to right, with horn of Ammon over his ear; behind to left, Θ. Rev. AESILLAS / Q Money chest, club, and chair; all within laurel wreath. AMNG III/2, 7. Bauslaugh Group VII, O86/R-. HGC 3.1, 1112. Rare. A lovely example with a beautiful portrait of Alexander. Minor spots of horn silver, otherwise, good very fine.
