THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 356-342 BC. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 5.82 g, 4 h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly to left, wearing ampyx, pendant earring and necklace. Rev. ΛΑΡΙΣ-ΑΙΩΝ Horse standing right, preparing to roll over. BCD Thessaly I 1155. BCD Thessaly II 316-9. Porous and the obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, nearly very fine.
