Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet decorated with a griffin springing right; to left, monogram. Rev. ΘEΣ-ΣAΛΩN Bridled horse trotting right; below, monogram of ΠΟΛΥ. BCD Thessaly II 814. HGC 4, 212. Struck from slightly worn dies, otherwise, about very fine.
