Cordoba. Provincial silvered-copper Specimen Pattern 8 Reales 1852 SP63 NGC, Paris mint, KM-Pn11 var. (listed only in copper), Fonrobert-Unl., Ulex-Unl., Guttag-Unl., Janson-4.1. 21.16gm. A captivating Specimen representative of the type, extremely rare in this format. A razor-sharp strike provides instant verification of the additional care and attention to detail that accompanied this piece's production, resulting in near-medallic features that project boldly toward the viewer.
