A praiseworthy conditional survivor, clearly struck upon a lustrous planchet that bears satiny characteristics owing to the presence of minute traces of die rust. A gentle silver patina bears traces of subtle crimson and blue iridescence in the reverse center. Tied for the finest example of the type seen by NGC to date out of 40 currently certified.
