Ferdinand VII gold 8 Escudos 1810 Mo-HJ MS60 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM160, Cal-1783, Onza-1254. A coin which must be viewed in hand to be fully appreciated, the usually negative connotations of its lower Mint State grade easily overshadowed by a prominently glassy sheen that covers the fields over both sides. A few minor adjustments are noted before the bust for the sake of accuracy, though these do little to impinge on the coin's overall pleasing appearance.
