A highly challenging date within and the series, with reportedly just 2,516 pieces struck in this year. The first such example which we have offered, the present coin retains an appreciable level of detail for the grade, die polish visible close to the legends, while a pervasive watery brilliancy radiates from the fields. A small mark is noted on Ferdinand's neck for the sake of accuracy, though this feature is not singularly distracting.
