Victoria 25 Cents 1892 MS66 ICCS, London mint, KM5. Needle sharp in the designs, with an attractive frosty finish overlying surfaces that appear essentially pristine in hand. Though ICCS does not provide a census, we note that, of all 150+ examples certified between PCGS and NGC to date, only a single representative certifies finer than this piece by the mere addition of a "+" designation. This jewel offering, then, marks the near-peak of attainable preservation for the issue and will make a welcome addition to the cabinet of any collector focusing on sublime conditional rarities.
