A sharp representative of this low-mintage Piefort type, crafted with pinpoint accuracy to every facet of the struck features, which remain luxuriously coated in velveteen golden frost, yielding a full cameo contrast against the mirrorlike fields. We have only encountered a single representative of comparable quality, an identically certified PR67 Ultra Cameo specimen, which sold in our January 2021 NYINC Platinum Night Auction (Auction 3089, Lot 31136) for an all-in price of $26,400.
