The most salient feature is perhaps its incredible lustrous effect, its mint brilliance carrying forth from every facet of the designs to powerful visual impact. The balanced appeal of the obverse contrasts nicely with the reverse, which contains a greater degree of soft tones, transitioning to soft fuchsia and iridescent blue in the periphery right of the date and contrasting with a hint of pale gold at the opposite edge. Only a single representative certifies finer at PCGS out of 62 graded to date.
