Head of Athena right, hair in five tight corkscrew curls, flowing loose over left shoulder, wearing necklace and triple-crested Corinthian helmet with long divergent crest ends pushed back on head, the bowl decorated with coiled serpent right / AΛEΞANΔPOY, Nike standing left, wreath in outstretched right hand, stylis cradled in left arm; cantharus in outer left field, ΛO monogram below wing in left field. Price 177. Crisply struck on bright, lustrous flan.
