PARENS PATRIAE-CAESAR, veiled and wreathed head of Julius Caesar right; apex behind, lituus right before / C•COSSVTIVS MARID-IANVS arranged in form of a cross; A-A-A-F•F in the angles. Crawford 480/19. Sydenham 1069. Excellent strike, with handsome portrait on deeply toned surfaces.
