D N GRATIA-NVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gratian right, seen from front / VICTOR-IA AVGG, Gratian and Theodosius I (or Valentinian II?) enthroned facing on single broad throne, jointly holding with right hands plain globe between them; half-length figure of Victory facing with wings spread above, vertical palm on ground line between them, TROBC in exergue. RIC IX 39c1. Depeyrot 43/4. Crisply struck from meticulously detailed fresh dies.
