Though some lightness of strike is evident in Victoria's hair strands and in the reverse center denomination and date, this example screams "gem," its surfaces existing nearly devoid of any handling visible to the naked eye, even minute, with pearly reverse luster matched by a striking display of lilac, sapphire, and orange-gold tone to the obverse.
