(lis) hЄИRICVS: DЄI: GRA: FRACORV: Z: AGLIЄ: RЄX, Virgin Mary (on left) and Archangel Gabriel (on right) standing behind shields of France and England, respectively, scroll with AVЄ (written downwards) in between, rays above / (lis) XPC ★ VIИCIT ★ XPC' ★ RЄGИAT ★ XPC' ★ ImPЄRAT, Latin cross within tressure, lis to left, lion to right, h below. A brilliant rendition with well-centered and radiant golden features. Atypically pristine for such an early gold issue but one we have seen with frequency in comparable and finer conditions.
