Obverse: Head of Arethousa left, with hair in sakkos adorned with a star, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace; pellet to lower left, star to lower right; Reverse: Herakles kneeling right, strangling the Nemean Lion; rocks below. Very well centered and quite boldly struck, this VERY RARE and highly elegant specimen presents tremendous eye appeal though hardly any time in circulation and crispness from well rendered dies.
