S-1819. Obverse: Christ Pantokrator seated facing on throne; Reverse: Romanus, placing hand on breast and holding globus cruciger, standing facing and being crowned by the Theotokos standing facing to right; five pellets in loros end. Well centered and fairly well struck, this piece also presents a good deal of shimmering brilliance throughout.
