Cr-28/3; Syd-64; RSC-23. Obverse: Laureate head of Janus; curved truncation; Reverse: Jupiter, hurling thunderbolt and holding scepter, in galloping quadriga right driven by Victory; ROMA in incuse in linear frame. Struck slightly off-center on the obverse, this charming specimen exhibits little in the way of handling and offers a pleasing deep gray cabinet tone. The noted flan flaw is not entirely evident.
