Monaco 1922 P-2a PCGS UNC 62 PPQ 25 Centimes (Remainder)

Monaco had a very limited note issuance in the 1920s during a coin shortage. While this example was never issued and is considered a reminder it makes a perfect representative for this small European city-state.
