Token; 1814 Field Marshall Wellington - The Deliverer of Portugal and Spain. Scarce Courteau 3, WEL-64, Copper issue. Shares the same obv as the WE-5B, WEL-2, Co 2. Courteau mentioned that "The few specimens I have seen or heard of were holed.", we now know that most are but not all. Branko Marelic in his book on Wellington tokens rated the Copper one Rarity 10. Both this issue and the followingn lot come from the same collection and are above the usual grade for this type.
