SICILY, Akragas. Circa 400-380 BC. Æ Hemilitron – Hexonkion (27mm, 17.05 g, 6h). Horned head of young river god Akragas left, wearing tainia / Eagle standing left, head right, on Ionic capital; crab to left, six pellets (mark of value) to right. Westermark, Fifth, pl. IV, 8; CNS 89; HGC 2, 139. Dark brown patina. In NGC encapsulation 5872733-053, graded Ch VF, Strike: 4/5, Surface: 4/5, Fine Style.
