Dioskouros, head facing, raising right hand and holding rein in left, on horse stepping left / Phalanthos, nude, head and torso facing, holding trident over shoulder in right hand, and lifting drapery with left, riding dolphin left, waves and cuttlefish below. Vlasto 955–7; HN Italy 1058. Toned, areas of porosity. In NGC encapsulation 5872733-100, graded Ch XF, Strike: 4/5, Surface: 3/5. A very rare type, with a superbly engraved and struck facing horseman.
