MACEDON, The Macedonians. Circa 196-after 168 BC. Æ (17mm, 4.89 g, 5h). Helmted head of Athena right / Horse leaping right; two monograms above, monogram in exergue. ACULA Series 3, Variety 23, 261–6; AMNG III 81; HGC 3, –. Green patina with light earthen deposits, flan crack, a few cleaning scratches. VF. Very rare.
