Senegal 1917 P-1b PCGS Choice UNC 63 0.50 Franc

As the initial denomination of the series, this popular small change note was used in lieu of metallic coinage. As such, most have been used, worn out, and redeemed. A scarce high grade colonial type. PCGS mentions "Minor mounting remnants".
