Strikingly brilliant and nearly medallic in its detail, this uncirculated 8 Reales beams luster brightly at the beholder around and within the recesses of designs revealing pinpoint accuracy. A uniform dispersal of friction, including light hairlines, limit the assigned grade designation. Only three examples tie for the finest at NGC, each a single point above the present piece.
