King David playing a harp, a crown above indicated by a brass plug; FLOREAT REX around / St. Patrick driving away snakes, a cathedral in the background; QVIESCAT PLEBS ("He calms the people") around. S. 6569. W. 11500 (Bowers, Colonial and Early American...) Good Fine; details on figures weak, otherwise closer to Very Fine; the obverse has two old scratches at the yellow brass club; some flan irregularities but a pleasing fabric, attractive tone.
