NUREMBERG (IMPERIAL CITY): AV 3 ducats (10.48g), ND, as Erlanger (Leu)-2446 (there as 2 ducats), as Goppel-4383 (there as 2 ducats), Baptismal restrike issue, Baptism scene with the Holy Spirit above it with legend around // 6 lines of script with love knots above and below, all within laurel wreath, appears to be very fine gold, plain edge, Choice Unc. The original 2 ducat pieces were produced in the 18th century. These must be of later origin.
