ARAB-SASANIAN: Anonymous, ca. 700±, AE pashiz (1.30g), NM, ND, A-43D, Gyselen-, single facing bust, crowned, holding cross in right hand // three crosses, with the central cross larger and resting upon three steps, blundered legend around, without mint name; lovely strike, choice VF, RRR. The only recorded example of this remarkable type was sold at Leu Numismatic Web Auction 13, lot 1761 (August 2020).
