The Uvedale Collection | MS61 | George I (1714-1727), Guinea, 1726, fifth laureate head right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, eight strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 8.39g, 6h (Farey 700; EGC 525; MCE 261; Spink 3633), the X of REX re-entered, and bright with superficial marks, otherwise lustrous, a really good very fine / near extremely fine and rather pleasing, in NGC holder, graded MS61 (Cert. #6135269-004).
