Monographs by Heinrich Willers
Willers, Heinrich. BOUND VOLUME OF OFFPRINTS OF ARTICLES ON ANCIENT COINS. Includes: "Römische Goldmünzen nebst Gold- und Silberbarren aus Italica bei Sevilla," "Nochmal die Silberbarren nebst COMOB," "Ein bisher unbekannter Semis der Colonia Copia Felix Munatia Lugudunum," "Die Münzen der römischen Kolnien Lugudunum, Vienna, Cabellio und Nemausus," a review of Svoronos on the Ptolemaic coinage; "Ein neuer Kämmereibericht aus Tauromenion," and "Die römische Messing-Industrie in Nieder-Germanien." Seven pieces total (1899–1906), bound in one volume. 8vo, contemporary green cloth-backed mottled boards, gilt; some original printed paper covers bound in. Text illustrations; 3 fine plates. Handwritten index on flyleaf; occasional annotations. Near fine. Laid in is an issue of the Numismatischer Anzeiger of April 1900, with another article by Willers, "Ein Fund spätrömischer Goldmünzen vom Forum Romanum." Includes offprints of articles originally published in the Numismatischen Zeitschrift (Wien), the Literarischen Zentralblatt, and the Rheinischen Museum für Philologie. The final offprint bears a clipped and affixed presentation inscription from the author to Dr. Kurt Regling, from whose library this volume almost certainly derives.
