A well-preserved and hand-priced copy of the very important Haeberlin catalogue, which includes a 3-page biography of the collector written by Herbert A. Cahn. Clain-Stefanelli 3755*. Grierson 283. Kroh 69 (5 stars): "The sale contained 3304 lots, the finest ever offered. The catalogue was prepared with the utmost care (and the able assistance of Dr. Max von Bahrfeldt) and the introduction was written by a very young Herbert A. Cahn... This catalogue is so excellent, it has been frequently utilized as a basic reference (à la Pozzi). Originals are very rare."
