Oblong or standard 4to, original printed card covers. A number of the catalogues are partially annotated in ink, usually just recording prices, but occasionally with buyer names recorded. Occasional inserts include newspaper clippings relevant to the sale and original or carbon copy correspondence. Very good or better; most with prices realized lists. A nearly complete set of sometimes inconsistently numbered NFA coin sales. All three Garrett Collection catalogues, issued jointly with Bank Leu, are present. Numismatic Fine Arts was one of the top-tier numismatic firms of its time, handing a remarkable number of the finest ancient coins available. The story of its decline has been told elsewhere, most notably in principal Bruce McNall's autobiographical Fun White It Lasted.
