Very rare 5 Mithqual multiple, which was issued to commemorate the first anniversary of the reign of Muhammad Shah. This coin was thought by some to be a two or three-mohur piece, but Rabino attributes it to the Qajars of Persia. It has a strong religious connotation. The central inscription on the obverse proclaims "ana hajjat Allah wa khassatahu" – "I have performed the Hajj (Pilgrimage to Mecca) for God", while the marginal legend cites the names of Shiite imams. This Shiite expression is typical of Persia. Very Rare. NGC graded EF-40. Estimated Value $20,000 - UP
