An incredibly rare note to find in issued form, as PMG has encapsulated just three examples of this pick variety at the time of cataloging. This issued note shows with the serial number "026728," at lower left and right with "C 1914," at upper left and right center. Overprinted series date at center and seen with signatures below titles. This note was last sold by us about a decade ago, leaving collectors with slim pickings to try and acquire one of these elusive notes as auction records are few and far between.
