This note is found in an attractive mid-grade offering good detail of the designs and inks. Shibusawa Eiichi is depicted at right on the obverse, who is regarded as the "Father of Japanese Capitalism" after his introduction of western capitalism to Japan after the Meiji Restoration in 1868.
