This extremely rare note pairs excellent with the prior lot. It is also among one of only three graded examples by PMG. This is also the first issued Pick 8 we can recall handling in our lengthy history and we have failed to find other examples that have been offered publicly while combing through archives. We are certain this is another missing treasure from even the most distinguished collections as these Provisional WW II Overprint Issues are extremely difficult to obtain, in any condition, yet alone a certified, problem free, mid-grade example. The piece showcases a bright red Pagavel Em Timor overprint on Macau Pick 11. PMG Very Fine 30.
