L&M-37; K-227; KM-Y-31; WS-0046b. Variety with no dot after "DOLLAR" and extra flame. This decently preserved example exhibits a good strike with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices and light mottled patina. Several small unobtrusive chopmarks are seen on the reverse accounting for the detail's designation. Close inspection reveals evidence of a past cleaning mentioned for the sake of accuracy. Despite its shortcomings a presentable survivor of this prolific type.
