The ever-popular "flying dragon" type, this issue was meant to celebrate the inauguration of Yuan Shih-kai as the Hung-hsien Emperor. Some very minor bruising to the rim is noted, possibly from time spent as a jewelry piece. Nevertheless, incredible overall detail remains, along with some enchanting brilliance, making this an alluring specimen no matter the designation.
